I don't know how to paint, is this for me?
No worries at all! Our paint parties are all about FUN, not fine art. Our talented instructors will guide you step-by-step through the painting, making the process easy and enjoyable—even if you’ve never picked up a brush. It’s less about perfection and more about having a good time, creating something unique, and knowing you’re supporting a great cause!
How do I book a Paint Party for a Cause?
It’s super easy! Just send us an email with your inquiry or give us a call! I love to discuss options and chat with y’all! This also gives me a chance to go over all the details with you!
Do I have to make a reservation?
Yes, please make a reservation ahead of time. We do require pre-payment in order to prepare for the event accordingly, like tracing the canvas for you, so you can focus on the fun parts!
How much does it cost?
Pricing ranges from $40 to $65, depending on the featured painting or project. The cost covers everything you need for a creative two-hour session, including all painting materials, a fun instructor to guide you, and of course, the knowledge that your participation is helping to protect wildlife and their habitats with a $5 donation per ticket sale!
How old do I have to be?
We welcome artists of all ages! Each event may have a different age recommendation or even requirement. While we recommend that painters be at least 7 years old, we encourage family-friendly events and can make arrangements for younger kids. If you’re under 16, bring along a grown-up to share the fun. Please be aware that we offer adult only events where participants must be 21+, as well. If the event happens to be adult only, or the venue offers alcoholic beverages don’t forget your ID—even if you’re rocking the “granny chic” look, we still need to check!
What should I expect?
At Paint Parties for a Cause, expect an experience unlike any other. You’ll be guided to create a unique masterpiece in a relaxed, welcoming, and judgment-free atmosphere. Whether you’re singing along to your favorite tunes, getting a little artsy with friends, or just taking a breather from your daily routine, our goal is to give you a fantastic time while supporting conservation efforts. Feel good about every brushstroke—your creativity is making a difference!
What should I wear?
We provide aprons, but since acrylic paint has a habit of sticking around, we suggest wearing something comfy and casual that you won’t mind getting a little splattered. Trust me, even if you paint for as long as I have… I’m still surprised where paint sometimes ends up. While we admire anyone bold enough to rock white pants, it’s probably best to leave them at home for this one! (But if you do get paint on your clothes or spill some on the floor, don’t worry—Let your instructor know right away and they’ll come to the rescue with Baby wipes and First Aid Paint Removing Skills. Since acrylic paint is permanent, time is of the essence. For home: Grandma’s Secret Spot Remover works wonders!)
Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring yourself, your enthusiasm, and maybe a friend! We provide all the materials you need—paints, canvas, brushes, aprons, and an entertaining, skilled instructor to guide you through the process. Feel free to arrive 10-15 minutes early to grab your seat and get settled. Depending on where the event takes place, we encourage you to arrive even earlier and order food and drinks beforehand (if applicable)!
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens! If you can’t make it to an event, no worries—just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll issue you a credit to use for a future paint party. For Private Parties we require a minimum of 7 days notice via email to cancel a party. We don’t offer refunds, and no-shows unfortunately cannot be rescheduled. But remember, your ticket goes towards supporting wildlife, so you’re still making a positive impact!

Do you host private events?
Absolutely! Our paint parties are perfect for any celebration—birthdays, bachelorette parties, baby showers, corporate team-building, or any special event. We can even customize the painting or theme to make your event extra memorable. Best of all, your party will support conservation efforts! Can my friends come and just watch me paint?
Unfortunately, no. We don’t allow observers at any of our events, including private parties. Every seat is reserved for a paid participant so everyone can join in the fun and focus on creating!
Can we suggest paintings?
Absolutely! We love hearing your ideas. Just shoot us an email with your suggestion, and if it’s a good fit, we’ll definitely consider it!
I'm running late, what now?
We totally get it—life happens, and sometimes traffic or running fashionably late can throw off your plans. However, if you arrive too late, you might not be able to finish your painting, and your payment could be forfeited. To avoid missing out on the fun (and your masterpiece!), please do your best to arrive at least 30 minutes early to check in and get settled. We want you to enjoy every brushstroke!
